Almost immediatley there was the buzzing noise that accompanies the onset of the dmt experience. After making sure there was no MAOI inhibiter in it I took a couple of large tokes from the joint. My friends where smoking a joint of cannabis and dmt and ask me if I wanted some. By this time the mdma was almost peaking and I was having amazing waves of warmth and contentment and unity with everyone around me. I walked around and saw two friends sitting by themselves so I went over and sat with them. After this I played hacky sack for a while and talked to random people. I saw a group of people I knew who are into ethnobotany like myself and started chatting for a while. When I got there the DJ was playing ambient psychedelic music and people where drumming in time to this. I got off the bus in the city and made my way down to the river to where the party was. A feeling of warmth, contentness and peace swept over me and any stress or anxiety that I had felt during the past week was washed away. ![]() This is something that happens to me at least a couple of times a week and I took this as a sign that tonight would be a good night.Īfter about 20 min the mdma started to kick in. As the bus stopped to picked some people up in a quiet suburban street the lights in the street suddenly went off. I dropped my pill which was a red mitsibushi that contained approxiamatley 110 mg of mdma at around 9.30 when I was on the bus which was taking me to into the city. Subtance exp: I have taken pills containing varying amounts of mdma and adulterants approx 7-10 times and smoked dmt 3 times previous. ![]() It was a beautifully warm night and there was an amazingly friendly vibe. There was a soundsystem set up with DJ's playing psy-trance, people where juggling, fire twirling, drumming and playing hacky. Setting: Informal gathering of around 40-50 people on the banks of the river which runs through the centre of my city. Had just finished my university exams for the year for which I had abstained from all drugs except nicotine for the past month, so I was looking foward to the night. Set: Very relieved and looking forward to the night ahead.
